Bio:

Annaleise Carr of Norfolk County, Ontario, became the youngest person ever to swim across Lake Ontario on August 19th 2012 at the age of 14! She inspired millions across Canada, and raised over $230,000 for charity with her inspiring swim - which lasted 26 hours and 41 minutes. Annaleise has been recognized as TVO Kids "Super Citizen" of 2012, and she has also been honoured with the Ontario Lieutenant Governor's Community Volunteer Pin and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
